Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • Should I try to do my MAX lifts on the day of a lifting event?

    ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! When we host our global lifting events, we want everyone to lift safely! Maxing out that day does not help you or us.


    Example: If you can bench 500 lbs that's an incredible lift. If you did that you've used that set to lift 500 lbs. If you would drop that weight to 300 lbs and lift it 20 times, you would have lifted 6,000 lbs. That helps us get to our goal quicker and keeps you safe! LIGHTER WEIGHTS HIGHER REPS = SAFETY AND REACHING EVENT GOALS!

  • How can I reach out to someone about advertising within the app?

     We will not place ads, music, logos etc. inside the fuction of our app. We do not want these things to distract or disrupt our members workouts. We will be creating a "rewards/partners page." It will be accessible on every members profile page. If you're interested in placement there, email us at - info@billionpoundapp.com and we'll connect you ASAP.

  • What is the Billion Pound App?

     The Billion Pound App is a mobile app that will help you track your workouts and the steps you take each day or at any given time (pedometer coming soon!) You can also join "lifting" events or "steps taken" events.

  • Does this app design workout plans or nutrition plans?

     NO. Our app is designed to track your output in both resistance training and running/walking steps taken.

  • What if I want to host a lifting event or steps taken event?

     Please email us @ - info@billionpoundapp.cm and give us the details of your event idea. We'll respond as soon as possible.
